    At Visa, Inc. John mobilized and managed the company's enterprise data strategy, consisting of 150 projects over 45 initiatives and 5 major tracks galvanizing the company's vision and mission in its use of data and information.

Government Compliance

At Hewlett Packard, John worked with the government compliance program office to build a data system and operational processes for compliance with their General Services Administration (GSA) program. John systematically analyzed large volumes of data to ensure conditions for their price reduction clause (PRC) were properly managed and reported.

John also advised and aided compliance program officers with analysis on commercial sales practices (CSP) in preparation for contract negotiations.

John has also worked with the US Federal program office at Sun Microsystems, to help fortify their GSA compliance, with the design and development of a custom compliance data warehouse that integrated with the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

John worked closely with the lawyers at Hogan and Hartson, LLP to organize and analyze historical data in response to specific GSA inquiries.
