For Sun Microsystems, we built a GSA ( General Services Administration ) Data Warehouse that fortified a $100 Million in direct business, and $1 Billion in indirect business.

Forensic Data Analysis / Expert Witness

For Hogan and Hartson, LLP we did forensic data analysis to help defend a large high-tech firm against GSA related allegations. Several years of operational data was staged in our lab, and analyzed with statistics to build a proper defense.

SOX Readiness and Improvement

When it comes to SOX, we have all the bases covered. Now that accelerated filers have gone through the initial "push", it's time to optimize controls, and improve systems.

And for you non-accelerated filers, the path has already been paved. With Auditing Standard 5 in your court, there's no sense in spending the huge amounts that your predecessors did.

Not only can we work directly with SOX filers, but we also work with audit firms to help their clients with auditability.

For a large high-tech firm we worked with KPMG, on a SOX 404 Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) readiness issue. This was a tiger team effort that had to clean up the mess of our predecessors -- with most of the clock ticks already gone! We coordinated finance, IT, a centralization team, and KPMG for the SOX IAM readiness of 9 systems. Total compliance readiness was accomplished in under 4 months.
